Chucky is a character believed to have been in an accident in the Cam Counselor of the Year thingy a year before the one in the season 1 episode Reigny Day.
I read the script of Reigny Day and read that David was thinking of what happened a year ago to a child named Chucky, hoping that he is feeling well and that his family received some flowers that were sent to them. This implies that Chucky was in an accident a year ago. Max later then said 'I miss Chucky.' Nikki agreed but didn't seem to be paying much attention and was focusing on the uncooked macaroni. This is evidence that Max has been going to Camp Campbell since he was about 8-9 years of age.
People make many theories, some being that Max had something to do with Chucky's accident, but due to previously mentioned parts of the script, Chucky appeared as Max's friend. This was also confirmed in the picture seen above. This makes me seriously doubt that Max had anything to do with it being as he shows that he cares about his friends, even if it's not a whole lot.
We do not see Chucky, but I have a feeling that we might at least hear of the mysterious character again soon.
