C o n s e q u e n c e s

If I thought of the consequences before loving you,
would I have been alright? Would I be this sleepless through the nights?
Would I question the things that come out of my mouth?
Will my heart still beat at the sound of your name ?

Or will the numbness seep through the tips of my fingers and unto my veins..
