Chapter 20: Battle is Coming

(Y/N) P.O.V

I turned back to normal and looked at the two. Ladybug had dried tear stains on her face, while Chat slept through the whole thing. I mentally face palmed and went over to them.

"Are you ok, Ladybug?" I asked.

She nodded her head and said she had to leave. I nodded and went to Chat. I shook him, but he didn't budge for dreamland. I shook him even harder, only to receive a groan. I sighed and picked him up.

"You lazy minou" I whispered in annoyance, but then chuckled at his adorable sleepy figure.

(Timeskip)~

It was morning at 7 at the moment. I couldn't stop thinking about what happened yesterday, especially my Princess Bloodthirst form. I sighed and saw Adrien woke up from his deep slumber. I went to his bedside and pecked his cheek.

"Good morning, minou~" I cooed and let out a giggle.

He chuckled and pecked my lips.

"Good morning to you too, mon loup~" He cooed back. "And I'm a grown man! Not a kitty!"

"Aww~but you'll always be kitty to me~" I teased, receiving a red-headed Adrien.

I giggled and got up.

"Come on, we have school..." I spoke calmly.

He sighed in disappointment, but kept a smile on. He went to the bathroom to change out of his pajamas. I went to the window and pressed my hand against the cold glass. My vision went white and showed another vision.

"The...park...?" I questioned myself.

I flashed than happened to the vision. This time, it showed all of Paris, all in ruins. There was blood splattered onto the broken roads. Bodies all in piles of fire and gasoline. I saw a man in a black cloak, beating red eyes, and was holding onto a ring and earrings. I took a closer look and saw it was the ring of destruction and the earrings of creation, belonging to Chat Noir and Ladybug. The vision disappeared, leaving me shedding tears one by one.

I heard footsteps come behind me and wrapped their arms around my waist.

"What's wrong...?" It spoke in a soothing, calm voice.

"Disaster....ring....earrings....blood....fire...." I spoke slowly through sobs.

"If it's something bad, then I won't let it come to you...maybe even us..." He spoke calmly.

"Thanks...Adrien...but...it's much worse...than...that..."

He turned me around, but my face was down to the ground, not wanting to look at him. He brought his hand under my chin and lift it up to meet his eyes. He leaned in and kissed me, making my sadness slowly disappear, calming my beating heart. I kissed back and pulled away for some air.

"Don't forget about school...we can't be having a make-out session right now" I said sternly.

"Can we have one afterwards~" He teased in a begging manner.

"I'll think about it~" I cooed.

"Now come on, we can't be late to school"

"R-Right!" He smiled.

I returned it and raced him towards the door, but I got stopped by Gabriel Agreste. I gulped and looked at him.

"I need to see you right now....I will tell the school why you are late in a meanwhile....Adrien....go without (Y/N)....you can walk to school if you'd like...."
