Hermes Cabin

Percy's POV

When Ares cabin was done everyone was very surprised that they could sing. Other than me, of course. Apollo was looking around before saying that the Hermes Cabin was next.

Travis stood up and dragged Katie up there and whispered in Apollo's ear about something. Apollo nodded and Travis smiled before giving Lucy a CD.

He walked to the microphone and made Katie sit in the chair that Apollo made right in front of him. Then he started to sing Stealing Cinderella.

I went to see her dad for a sit down man to man
Wasn't any secret, I'd be asking for her hand
I guess that's why he left waiting in the living room by myself
With at least a dozen pictures of her sitting on a shelf, she was

to get a better look at one
When I heard a voice behind me say
"Now, Ain't she somethin son?"
I said "Yeah, she's quite a woman"
And he just stared at me
And I realized that in his eyes she would always be

When he was done Katie was crying and jumped on him. Everyone else was cat calling, whistling, or clapping.

After everything calmed down we continued with the karaoke night.

When the others were done Apollo looked around a bit more. "Alright, how about the Hades' cabin next?" He said.
