"Babe I have a surprise for you" Dean says as he opens the door before you can even get your key in the door. You and Dean have been dating since high school both your parents worked together on hunts so you always moved around together. It's has been 2 years since you stopped hunting. Dean takes on the occasional hunt with Sam leaving you alone some nights.
"Hey babe I got a surprise for you" Dean says wrapping his arms around your waist as you prepared lunch.
"Oh god babe what is it last time you said that the whole kitchen was covered in flour and you made me and Sam a 3 tier cake" you smile to yourself remembering that day.
"It's not edible" Dean says holding your hand.
"And that cake was supposed to be edible?" You laugh making Dean smirk.
"Right close your eyes" Dean says getting excited. You cover your eyes and feel something soft between your ankle. You open your eyes.
"Oh my god Dean" you smile reaching down to the floor. It was a little cream Labrador puppy.
"You like him babe?" Dean asks
"Hey little guy" you say ignoring Deans question and picking the dog up. You kiss Dean softly on the lips he places a hand behind your back.
"Erm hi guys" Sam says walking through the door.
"Hi Sam look what Dean got us" You say sounding like a little kid in a sweet shop.
"He's so cute what's his name?" Sam asks taking the dog into his arms. You look over at Dean and smile.
"I guess Chester as in Winchester" you smile.
"Hi Chester" Sam says still holding the dog.
"Wait babe I thought you hate dogs" You ask Dean.
"Well I do but when I saw him I couldn't help myself" Dean says smiling holding your hands " and I thought when I'm hunting some nights I need someone big and strong to replace me for the night" he laughs
"Oh yer ok big yourself up" you laugh kissing him softly.
"Thank you baby" you say kissing Dean again softly on the lips the kiss lasts longer this time around. You break apart and rest your forehead on his and stare into his eyes and smile.
"I love you" you whisper
" I love you too" Dean whispers back kissing your cheek softly, then walking over to Sam and Chester.
