Erwin pov

"Cadet what you did today was horrific even for Levi standards. The capitol has called for you and Eren to attend court for this matter and Eren's" I say to the only just woken up cadet. Eren only looks horrified at me while the one cadet just put on a plain look. "Cadet what is your name?" I decide to ask since it is manners. "I am Y/n L/n, Sir" Y/n replies to me and I stand up "So I see your the child who Hanji spoke of before?She did speak about your skill but unable to fight when debris of the the wall was lodged into you. To my surprise even Hanji was worried about you" I say and his eyes brighten but then sadden when I had mentioned Hanji's name. I was about to speak but as I opened my mouth the guards came in with Hanji who had sparkles in her eyes when she saw Y/N.

Hanji pov

Me and some guards were to fetch a cadet and Eren. As we arrived my eyes landed on the boy and my eyes sparkled once I recognised it was Y/n. "Hey Y/N been a while since I last seen ya how is my old friend Beth by the way. Has she been good." I say smiling but turns to a frown when I see his eyes shadow and look to the floor and I realize she had died. "How did she die?Titan?,Killer?or what?" I say with a hint of sadness in my voice "Illness" He solemnly replies and I nod holding back tears.

Time skip Y/n pov.

I feel myself having my hands chained to a pole with a bag on my head. I feel one of the guards near me and he pulls the sack of my head. "Y/n L/n and Eren Yaeger you two are here under suspicion of being a danger to human life. First we will start with Eren's case then yours is that alright with you Mr L/n?" I nod slowly.

Y/n pov.

Eren had been unchained and handed over to the scouts. Now my Case begins. "Mr L/n you have no background whatsoever in what we know and of that we know nothing about you.what you are and where you came from. Would you mind saying where you are from?" The general (I don't know who the commander was because I forgot) I look at him and sigh "I was apart of a village where we were attacked by titans and everyone was killed and I watched as men pushed my mom over to buy them an escape and my vision went black and that is all I remember." The judge looks honestly shocked by my answer. I heard people whispering saying things like "I bet he destroyed his own village after all have you seen him he is a monster." I started to get angered and I tried to stand up but the chains wee really thick. "See he is trying to escape something like him should not be alive." I heard a person say it laced with venom. "Shut up,Shut up,Shut up, SHUT UP" I say with my voice getting louder each time till I finally yell making silence fill the room and this time I heard people snickering and I just snapped my head at a inhumane angle to face them making them look in disgust as I reel my head back to face the judge I stood up and disappeared and appeared back in a chair right in front of the judge. and my hair changed to black/white. I felt my vision go black.

Erwin's pov

I watched as Y/n had broke his restraints and disappeared and reappeared back in a chair again. And I saw the man who was talking about Y/n in a disgusting way hanging on the ceiling by his jacket, still alive with no mark.s He started screaming for help while I looked back at Y/n whose eyes had changed red and hair white/black. I heard him speak in a voice sounding terrifying. "Hehe I am Y/n's other half basically his bad side, his stored up pain. It seems he had wanted me to come out and handle this situation where he has to hear none of it." I watch as the judge still in shock adjusted himself and carried on with the case. "Now we will here the the Military police and what the scouts shall do with him if they were to harness him.Military police start with your argument if you may." The judge says. "Yes sir! If we were to harness this creatu- I mean human we would test on him to see what makes him sprout these weapons out of his body parts like wings,swords,and spikes. And with his healing factor we could test on him to see what makes him tick and how he regenerates to help the human race fight against these titans and to know how to stop im if he turns on us in the future or tries to escape." The leader of military police says. "I will take this in consideration but for now commander Erwin it is now your turn." The judge says and hands over to Erwin. "If we were to have Y/n here join the scouts we could take back wall Maria and other parts of the wall. Now that we have Eren's ability we can only do half of that job. With Mr l/n here he would protect Eren from all dangers of titans. With Y/n on our side we could reclaim what was ours and fight back the titans and get to Eren's basement to unlock this secret that could help the human race.
