Layne Staley was a vocalist in a band called Alice in Chains. He was heavily addicted to heroin and speedball. His last concert was in 1996. For 6 years he lived alone, getting more and more into world of drugs.
In 2002 his long-time friend Bob Forrest visited his condo with someone, who could have probably saved him from this awful addiction.
John Fruscinate, guitarist of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, was an addict himself. Bob helped him get clean back in 1998.
In real life, Layne died.
But what about other dimention?
