Simon rushes towards jack applying pressure to the wound

Simon: jack please stay with me please!

Katie: who are you and what do you want?

????: we are few, we are many, we are the unseen and the all known, we are the cult of ison and you may call me rayt

Sara: please just let us go we promise we won't do anything.

Rayt: hmm I'll let you go one condition one of you must beat me in hand to hand combat

Jack stumbles to his feet and puts his fists up ready to fight

Simon: jack don't do it man you can't win in this state

Jack: no I got this, must protect you and sara cause that's what a good friend does...

Simon: jack...

As jack turns back around rayt is right in his face and hits him with a right hook,jack would respond with a couple jabs to rayt's abdomen, rayt would go for a few kicks but all of them would be blocked by Jack's forearms as jack headbutts rayt to breakdown the fight.

Katie: simon, sara now is our time to get out of here

Simon: what we can't just leave jack alone to possibly die

Katie: look sometimes you have to Mke tough decisions and look I take the blame if he dies, you can hate me and everything but I gave to keep you safe, we all care about you simon so come and let's go plus you know jack would rather you be safe

Simon: argh! Fine

Katie,simon,and sara run away, while jack continues to fight landing a uppercut that sends rayt backwards but then rayt disappears as jack feels a pain in chest and he sees that his chest has been pierced by rayt's arm.

Rayt: I could kill you right now or you could join the cult of ison

Jack: go fuck youself and I'll see you in hell when you die

Rayt twists his arms basically drilling Jack's body, jack with his last bit of strength low blows rayt with a kick and punches him in the head so hard rayt starts to bleed before jack himself crumbles to the floor

Jack: katie you better take care of simon, I'm sorry bud but I'm not coming back ha maybe I should've listened, nah.

Rayt: such wasted potential

Rayt takes his arm and proceeds to rip jack's heart out killing him, Meanwhile katie is currently hugging simon trying to calm him

Katie: look I know he was your best friend but you have to keep going for his sake and look I'll be there for you every step of the way I promise and I'll help you get revenge on him ok simon

Simon: you promise?

Katie: yeah

Katie and simon hug for a bit longer almost as if they both need this one to heal the pain and one to forget the loneliness, a hour later they have made it to the shack.

Katie: welcome to the hunters hideout aka the shack

Sara: wow it's quite big

Simon: I can't wait to meet others like me

Katie: yeah I bet you can't handsome

Simon: what did you say?

Katie: oh nothing let's just head inside.
