"God poor Klayton I'm surprise he didn't go crazy". "No he went to drinking to forget his past" Criss remarked. "It got so bad we found him on the street drinking with other drunks" Dimitra replied getting up. "But how did he pull himself together?" Carrie inquired. "We knew Klayton needed help desperately if he wanted to survive being a person we found this center that dealt with people like Klayton" Dimitra remarked.
"How did you afford it?". "We were saving up to take a trip to Greece but we decided as a family that Klayton needed the money more so we use the money to send Klayton to that center he stayed there until he became the person you see today" Dimitra replied sitting down.
"Now he has to relive this nightmare all over again"Criss added. A knock came to the door so Criss got it. Criss opened the door to see a woman with a briefcase standing there looking around. "Can I help you?"he asked. "I'm looking for Scott Cranston someone informed me he lives here goes by the name Klayton Scott" she remarked. "Yea but he's not feeling well right now"Criss replied.
"And you are?". "Christopher Sarantokas Klayton's friend" he said. "And your parents are John and Dimitra" she asked looking at a piece of paper. "Lady can you tell me who you are before I tell you anything else"Criss asked annoyed. "My name is Sarah Timberlake I'm the attorney assigned to the retrial" showing Criss her badge. "What happened to the original attorney Adam Roth". "He's the reason there's a retrial it seems the attorney was taking brides to up his average so most of his trials are being called into question. Now may I speak to Mr. Cranston".
"Come back tomorrow he's ill I mean really ill" Criss replied. "OK are your parents still alive I need to talk to them since they were apart of the trial as to what Mr. Cranston did to his children" she stated. "Unfortunely my father died of stomach cancer, but my mother is still alive" Criss remarked. "I'll come back later to talk to Mr. Cranston" and she left. "Who was at the door Christopher?" his mother asked. "The lawyer who's taking the case she wanted to speak to Klayton" Criss stated. "Why don't you guys go home and I'll give you a call when Klay wakes up".
"Carrie you don't know what's going to happen with Klayton when he went through this. He had horrible nightmares to the point where he'd be screaming like a banshee, he'd be up for four days straight because of the nightmares" Dimitra stated. "We had to get him sedated once to get him to sleep"Criss added. "We even had to use one of your straight jackets when he flipped out once" Dimitra remembered.
"I understand but please keep me in the loop Klayton is a great guy and he watched over me when my ex started to stalk me thank god he set a trap for him and caught him" Carrie said. "We will Carrie promise" Criss swore and gave her a hug. A few hours later Klayton woke up with a headache. He came down to find Criss sitting on his couch working on his computer. "How does it feel to have a hangover after so long?"he asked putting the computer down. "Not so loud" as Klayton went into the kitchen. "There's some tea in the microwave my mom's special blend to relieve the pounding in your head" Criss stated.
"Thanks" as he sat down. "Look we met the new attorney and she wants to talk to you". "Criss I can't relive that day I've tried so hard to forget it. If I bring it up from the grave I put it in I'm going back to the old me" as tears fell down his face. Criss sat down infront of Klayton and put his hand on his shoulder. "We'll talk to the attorney and see what we can do, but until this is over someone is going to be staying with you so you don't fall back into old habits"Criss stated.
"Good idea what about Mindfreak and your show" Klayton asked. "I talked to Felix and told him I have some family problems I have to deal with here so he put my show into the black until I come back. Look you became apart of my family we don't want you to go down that hill of night tears, sleepwalk, and insomnia. They already have one person with it they don't need another" Criss said as Klayton snickered.
"Thanks so who's taking the first shift". "Me and we are not having a Godilliza marathon I'll watch anything else but that" as Klayton chuckled. "I'll wait until Costa comes down he loves those movies" Klayton said. "OK now mom left some chicken for us the way you like it"Criss said. "I love your mother's chicken" as Klayton smiled
