Chapter 6: Skulker's and Walker's jail

Sam was the first one to wake up. She groaned as she rubbed her eyes. She stood up and saw everyone in her class all around her except for Danny. She panicked and looked around and then her eyes fell on a glowing green glass box across the big room on the outside of the cell in a different cell. She let out breath in relief. She was at the bars trying to phase out but it was ghost and human proof. Tucker and Jazz woke up and felt dizzy."Sam where are we?" Tucker asked. Sam turned around."I think we are at Skulker's own jail house." Tucker looked behind Sam and saw Danny chained up in a glowing green box.
"Why are we in a cell?" Star asked. The effects of the smoke wore off on everybody. Dash like the dummy he is decided to say something stupid."That's why I should've lead." He said while crossing his arms and closing his eyes."Why you son of-"

"Sam, language." Jazz said."Sorry." She apologized."You know if you didn't yell at Danny then we would've been save in neutral territory but no you decided to scream and alert the Ghost Zone's best hunter." She shouted at Dash.

Sam wanted to punch him but she was about to punch him, then she heard a groan and saw her love holding his head with one hand."DANNY!" As Danny heard his name he called back."SAM! Are you okay?"Danny touched the glass wall and got shocked."Aw come on!!"

"Yeah, everyone seems fine." Just Paulina realized her hair is ruined."AHHH. MY HAIR IS RUINED. THE GHOST BOY CAN'T SEE MY HAIR LIKE THIS!!" Sam looked blanky at the bars."Except Paulina's hair." Sam added. Then a little laugh came out of a dark corner."You coward come out of the dark!" Danny yelled at Skulker."Relax Ghost Boy. Cause you are going to need it for what I have planned for you."

"I beat you all the time, what makes you think you'll not get stopped by me?"Skulker just smirked."Cause that box is weakening you piece by piece and even more if you touch the glass."

"What do you want?" Skulker walked over to the cell with the 2 halfas and 12 humans.

"You are rare and you know I capture anything rare in both realms."

"Why me? Why don't you capture Plasmius. He is just like me except he is evil and I'm not."

"But before I skin you I'm going to put you in display and your going to fight something powerful."

Jack saw this and wanted to pull out a gun but no one had a wrist ray or a Fenton Thermos."Where's our weapons you ectoplasmic scum?! Jack yelled."Why is Fentoon nail in a glass box?!" Dash yelled.

Skulker just pointed to another normal box with all their stuff inside to answer Jack's question. To Dash's question he just chuckled with a smirk as he pushed Danny away."DANNY!!" Sam, Jazz and Tucker yelled.
They needed to get their weapons back to save Danny but how."How can we get the box with the weapons inside?" Jazz asked. Then there was an answer from another cell who held Johnny 13, Kitty and Ember."Sam, Jazz, Tucker is that you?" Kitty asked.
"Kitty? Yes, it is us."Sam answered back."Where's dipstick?"
"Ember? Why is your boyfriend holding you in his cell?" Ember just groaned and everyone could see a blue light coming from the other cell which was blocked by an wall."Cause he told me that he is going to catch dipstick and I didn't want that so I told him that if he captured him I'll break up with him and when he did I broke up with him. I was trying to free him but then he knocked me out and brought me, Johnny and Kitty here."
"Wait. Ember as in EMBER MCLAIN. Hi Ember remember me. I was your bodyguard and I'm your number one fan." Sam just groaned.
Johnny just woke up from his little nap."Ugh, babe why are we in the Stinkhole's cell?"
"Cause Ember wanted to free Danny and broke up with Skulker and now we are here." Kitty said."Man, that sucks. Where is my brother?"
"Danny is taken away by Skulker in a glowing green box." Tucker said back."That Skulker has a lot of nerves. Kidnapping our brother and his class."
The news finally sunken in by the class."Brother?!!!"
"Everyone quiet down. Your giving me a headache." Vlad said. Sam just gotten an idea."Hey, Johnny?"
"Yeah?" He answered."Can you use your shawdow to get that box to us?" Johnny was looking around for the box to see how far it is."I can try. Something made him a little weak but I'll try."
"Thanks." Jazz said."Sam, Tucker and Jazz, how do you know these ghosts?" Maddie asked."Um, he thinks that Danny has something rare and he was hunting him since that day with the purple back gorilla project." Tucker said."WHAT?! You and Sam are no longer welcome at our house!" Maddie yelled.
Jack was wondering why Maddie was acting so weird."Maddie can we talk about this later? Although one question. Why is these ghost calling Danny their brother?"
"That's something you should ask Danny himself after we get out of here." Jazz said."Shawdow get that box." Johnny said and his shawdow was doing it slowly since he looked weak."Ok, Shadow good work. Now take the box to Sammy."Johnny said in a calm tone. The shawdow was slowly absorbing the air to get back to normal. Shadow brought the box to Sam and slowly went back to Johnny to rest."Thanks. I owe you one!" Sam yelled back. She pulled out her wrist ray which Tucker made and shot the cell's lock open. She puts the box in front of the door to keep it open. She ran towards the next cell and blasted it open."Sam, I'm so glad you're okay." Kitty and Ember said in a hug."Hey Sam. What's up?" Johnny said carrying his Shadow."Danny is what's up. We need to save him, NOW!" Ember grabbed her guitar from the wall where it was hanging."Let's rock Skulker's afterlife." Everyone got their stuff out of the box and followed Sam without an word.
They heard cheering from an distance and followed it. They saw Danny in his human form just dodging every attack that the Shadow Dragon threw at him. Danny saw Sam after dodging an attack cleanly.
He signaled her to transform and that Ember, Kitty and Johnny should distract Skulker. She nodded and whispered to Tucker the plan. He nodded. "Okay everyone. Danny has an plan and needs us to escape through that door over there."No one dared to argue because:
1). Want to get out of here.
2). Wouldn't want to be captured again.
3). They trusted Danny for now.
Sam transformed and signaled Danny to get ready. He dodged another attack which gave him a horizontal scar on his lower back. The dragon rammed into the wall accidentally getting his horns stuck. Danny screamed in pain but he knew he can get out now. Tucker signaled Danny to say it's save to transform."I'm Going Ghost!" The crowd looked at him wierdly. When the two rings washed over his body, the crowd was going crazy."Skulker! You just dug our afterlive's grave." Someone yelled from the crowd."Hey Skulker! Remember me!!"Ember yelled as she fired a cord from her guitar. Samsara came flying down to Danny."Are you Ok?" Danny nodded."Goodbye, Skulker!" Danny said as he fired a ice ecto blast at Skulker. Danny, Samsara, Ember, Kitty and Johnny flew out of the fighting arena. They all landed nearby where Tucker was hiding everyone. Ember, Kitty and Johnny helped Danny walk to where Tucker was waiting. They changed back into their human forms.
They arrived at where Tucker and the class was hiding."Dude, are you okay?" Danny just nodded and layed down against a rock."Get away from my son you ghost scum!"Maddie yelled."Whoa, chill lady not all ghost are evil." Maddie didn't lower her weapon."That's what you are trying to make us think." Ember just rolled her eyes."Look, if we were evil wouldn't we be helping Danny." Maddie was hesitant."Yeah, Maddie they helped me get out of there. So don't shoot them." Danny said in a stern voice. Jack finally figured out why his son and daughter called them by their names. How could I be so stupid? I have to fix this. He thought to himself."I think its best if you guys go home." Danny said with a smile and a wink."Alright man see you later. I need to get Shadow to the royal infirmary." Johnny said. He whistled for his bike which came storming to them."Whoa, cool bike!"Dash and Kwan said."Ok see you at Phantom's keep." Danny said. They all got on Johnny's bike. Johnny started the engin making it roar he did a wheelie and drove away leaving a fire trail behind him."That is so cool!" All the A-listers said."Ok, Danny do you have any cuts or something?" Sam asked.
The cut on his back wasn't deep but the one his leg was a little bit deeper. "Yeah. Only on my lower back and on my right leg." Sam cleaned his wounds and luckily there was no need for stitches. Sam was finished and helped Danny stand up. Danny felt a hand on his shoulder and he turned around and saw Jack."Are you sure you are alright, son?" Danny nodded."Yeah, I'm fine thanks." Danny was about to walk away but what he heard stopped him in his tracks."I'm sorry son. I'm sorry for forgetting your and your sisters birthdays and being the father I'm supposed to be to my only son and daughter. Can you forgive me?" Danny's eyes was tearing up. He wanted them to say sorry and atleast one did. They should've just asked for forgiveness. Danny turned around to Jack and hugged him with speed. This time Sam, Tucker, Jazz and Vlad was in shock. Change of plans. Vlad fought to himself.
Vlad knew he lost respect in his mother and father and that's why he helped with the bullying problems at his school."I forgive you... Dad." His dad hugged back and Danny was glad to know he and Jazz had their father back but Maddie will be not change. She's almost like Vlad.

Everyone was starting to walk again in the direction of Princess Dora's Castle. Danny and his dad were in front of the group with Sam. Maddie was alone at the back with Vlad."Hey Fenton, what did ghost mean by you are rare? Your nothing but a whimp." Paulina asked. Danny just kept walking."Because well he thinks I have the gift. That's also why he said things about me being able to sense him before he knocked us out." Danny said, which was kind of like the truth."Mr Fenton?"
"Yes?"Danny and his dad said together."Young Mr Fenton I mean. Just before we escaped the cells. These ghost who I think was called Amber, Kitten and Johnny who called you their brother?"
"Ok first it is Ember and Kitty and the reason why they called me brother was because they were at first enemies but they all changed and now we are so close to each other that we saw each other like family and that's when we decided to become brothers and sisters."
Maddie was keeping an eye on Danny and Jack."Why are you so quiet, Maddie?" Vlad asked."Because, I feel like Danny is hiding something from me and then I wonder how he met these ghosts and how he knows where to go. Unbelievable." Vlad just smirked."Don't worry Maddie, he's just an teenager. He will do some crazy stuff at some point." Vlad said with an smile."I guess your right."
"Tucker, how far are we from Dora's castle?" Danny asked Tucker over the Fenton phones."Let me check, uhhh. We will reach her by tomorrow afternoon and then from there we can take a ride to Pandora to spend tomorrow night." Tucker replied."Thanks we will stop in about 2 hours to spend the night." Danny said back.
Half an hour later.
"Fentoad can we rest? We've walking for a thousand years." Dash said over dramatically."Dash we are almost at neutral territory then when we get there we can set up camp." There were groans everywhere."Fenton can you carry me? My feat are killing me?"
"Paulina I can't carry you. I have a new scar on my lower back that is still open and I don't want you to make it worse then it already is. Ask Kwan or Dash." She looked furious. She didn't want to take no for an answer. She pushed everyone out of the way and jumped on to Danny's back making him fall.
"OWW! GET OFF OF ME!"Danny yelled. She didn't want to get off."Dad little help?" Jack turned around and picked Paulina off his son."DANNY are you ok?" Sam asked."No, I think the cut on my back is open again." Danny took off his shirt and the bandage was now from white to a dark red with a little green on it."Look what you've done. His cut is now bigger then it was before!!" Sam yelled. Vlad came in front with Maddie."Who dared to hurt to my son?!" Maddie yelled.
"Oh, so now you care" Danny mumbled."What did you say young man?" Maddie said in a stern voice."Why do you care now?!" Danny yelled back."Don't talk back to me! You are my son and you will listen to me!" Maddie said."Danny gotten mad."I'M NOT YOUR SON!! All you did was to hurt me and Ja-"Danny was cut of by Maddie slapping him in the face.
Danny just held the spot where he got slapped. Everyone gasped. His face had no other emotion then anger. His eyes flashed a neon green.
Jack had a flashback of an argument Danny had with Jazz about some stupid chores. When Danny got mad, his eyes flashed green and he couldn't help but to wonder where else he saw it."Maddie please calm down. This isn't the same woman who I married." Everyone was quite. Danny stood up and punched a rock making it crack. He glanced back at Maddie and his eyes were almost red. He went behind the rock and sat down.
"Danny let me quickly clean your cut up." Sam quickly came running to Danny."Are you okay?" Danny just sat there in silence and wondered why Maddie was acting so weird."Yeah, it's just why is Maddie acting so weird and why is Vlad so quiet." Sam sat next to Danny with her one arm around his waist."Danny. The reason why Vlad could be quiet is to make his cover of not knowing the Ghost Zone but for Maddie's behavior don't know." Danny sighs with sadness in his eyes. Sam saw the sadness."Do you remember the day when we found out about the field trip? What did I tell you in your room while you were talking about your birthday?"
"That Clockwork and Pandora are my real parents and to forget about Jack and Maddie. Yeah I remember. Why?" Sam gave him a kiss on his lips."Will let me rephrase that. Just forget about Maddie. I mean she hurted you more then Vlad or your dad. Your dad atleast apologized for everything while Maddie just scolded you for everything."
"Your right. Why should I care what she thinks? She doesn't even have the guts to say sorry. Now I see why Vlad fell in love with her." Danny chuckled and Sam smiled at his joke."Let's get you cleaned up." Sam said and she quickly pulled out a bottle of Detol and cleaned it. She was about to wrap his torso in a new bandage, but got stopped. Danny tapped into his ice core and made the area numb and then he gave her a slight nod to put the new bandage on.
They were finished and went back to the group. Jack and Maddie were arguing."Well, Jack he needs to learn respect for his mother!" She was throwing her hands in the air."Maddie the boy is hurt and you are acting like an selfish person that only thinks about how people gives respect to you!"
