So I decided to make this part to help people better choose which group to side Jaune with (Might just make both stories just for the hell of it.). Anyways, without further ado, here are the bios.
Tau
Teams RWBY and JNPR were running from a large ingestion of Grimm after being assigned to this mission. It was supposed to be a simple sweep and clear mission, but as most things tend to be, things went south quickly. The combat drew more Grimm to the location as the sister teams pulled back to regroup. When they knew that they were in over their heads they made the retreat back to Beacon. However, the Grimm were hot on their tales as they had only just started running. When Jaune saw that they might not make it, he decided to stay behind since he was at the back of the group and the others were preoccupied with the fact that they were being chased. Upon stopping and facing the hordes of Grimm, Jaune unsheathed his placed and readied his shield. He had fought for two hours without once stopping, but this soon took a turn as he was slammed into a tree by an ursa. Once he looked up, he could see the beast running towards him as the rest of the horde followed. When he closed his eyes and waited for the inevitable, he heard blasters fire off as he looked to see where the noise came from. That's when he saw the Tau. Warriors of different races that fought with courage and determination. They had saved his life and saw that he was in no condition to move as he had passed out due to blood loss and exhaustion. Upon waking up, he found himself in a new area that was different from Beacon and Remnant all together. Jaune looked around and could not find Crocea Mors anywhere. When the door to the room opened, he came face to face with a Tau soldier. Upon hearing the events of what happened they gave Jaune a chance to join their ranks. Seeing as how he had no other option he took it. After several months of training later, he eventually graduated at the top of his class and was made commander of the Remnant Company, one that was stationed above the moon of Remnant, or what was left of it anyways. After arriving on the moon he got the troops together and had improved their capabilities by seventy-five percent. He then made the plan to have the company make landfall in a week. What would transpire next, only time would tell.
Eldar

Once the door had opened, he came face to face with the Eldar Farseer who then informed him of what had happened. She then offered a place amounts the Eldar as one of her loyal soldiers. Upon accepting, he was then started in his training to become an Eldar soldier. Several months later, he was made into a soldier and found that where they were was in the city at Mount Glenn. He was soon sent out to deal with an infestation of Grimm close to the city. What happens next, only time will tell.
There we have it, the two bios for the groups that will eventually be made into a series. Now is the time to choose which one of the groups will save Jaune and make him a soldier.
