Harry woke up that morning with a sore throat and a rapid heartbeat.  It was extremely unusual that he'd wake up that way, but he instantly knew what was occuring.

He sprinted from the bed, stumbling on the covers as he covered his mouth.
He threw himself to the floor and barely made it in time, heaving over the toilet as he expelled his stomach's contents.
"Never trusting anything around you-" Harry gasped, the bile rising in his throat once more as he turned back to the toilet when the brunette finally decided to check up on him.

"I never told you that it was wearable. I had yet to fully explain it in my own words, since we've been doing quite a bit of catching up, of course." Tom said patiently, sighing as he checked his watch.
"Miscalculated when we'd leave, my clock is a tad bit off." He muttered, fiddling with what were newer  controls to him as Harry leaned against the tub. He tilted his head back and breathed heavily, flushing the toilet.
"I'll have to wash up and for God's sake, no more dark magic that splits your soul." Harry cracked a weak grin.

"Of course," Tom said dryly, not at all finding it amusing. "Clean up your..." He pursed his lips in distaste, "mess and be back to get dressed. I'll bring breakfast up."
The taller male was already impeccably dressed, ready for his morning through London while Harry would stay in The Leaky Cauldron.
To prevent even more damage from occuring.
Wonderful.

"Bring me some medicine or a potion," Harry called out, wrinkling his nose at the sound of his own voice. "Please." He added as he got up on shaky legs.
"Alright. Don't be too long." Tom said in exasperation, knowing that had he been on his own, everything would probably have been done by now.

Making his way to the sink, Harry sighed outwardly.
Why did he have to get himself into such a damn mess?
If he just died as a baby, this wouldn't happen..
But then Voldemort would've won...?
Harry angrily brushed his teeth in response.

He missed Hermione and Ron.  Their bickering kept him mostly at peace and he wished they were here.
But...he didn't want them getting hurt because he was on the run.
Obviously, they wouldn't be safe with him, but it didn't mean he didn't miss them.
Meanwhile they got to stay at Hogwarts.

Harry could in no way be envious of them, Hermione was a muggleborn and he knew that if he didn't do something fast, something might go wrong for her.
He needed to speak with Dumbledore- immediately, no matter how much he questioned his authority at the moment.
He needed to figure out how to destroy the locket once and for all, then go on the hunt for the other objects that were cursed.
He felt bad for the beautiful items that had to be destroyed just because Voldemort wanted to be an almighty immortal.
A shame.

If Dumbledore had been speaking of the ring last time, and it was now destroyed..
How did he do it?

Harry kept thinking but could come up with nothing.
A spell maybe? He'd ask Tom when he returned.

The cursed locket was still at the foot of the bed when Harry  finished and he settled for dressing as fast as possible.
He was not going to give that stupid thing more images to black mail him with.

He wore a simple t-shirt with a jumper layer over, both of which were a little baggy on his thin frame.
It went together with the slightly tighter jeans and his pair of worn trainers.

Harry went on fixing his glasses on his face and nervously running a hand through his hair.
This was absolutely nerve-wracking.

"Alright look, past.. Tom? Whatever you want to call yourself," Harry said in the silent room, putting his hands in his pockets, "leave me alone and I'll leave you alone for the time being. You can just speak with Riddle or something, I want nothing to do with you..." Harry trailed off, jumping and accidentally knocking the locket to the ground when the older boy had invited himself in.

Raising a perfectly groomed eyebrow, Tom wordlessly made the locket levitate onto the bed before placing the plates of food and glasses of water on the bedside table.
"Er- just having a nice chat." Harry said sheepishly, patting the locket before yelping when a shock was sent through his hand.

"Perhaps you have the same connection with it as you do with me." Tom mused, handing Harry a bottle of medicine for his upset stomach.
"I hope not, that would be awful." Harry replied honestly, seating himself on the bed as he took a plate and began eating slowly.

The time traveler took his seat on the other side of the bed, eating his food properly and sipping from his water. His long pale fingers looked very much human like, and Harry looked away in fear of being caught.

When the other had finished, Harry was only halfway through.
It meant something when he probably only got about one-fourth this serving when he lived with the Dursley's.
"Thanks for the food."

There was a nod of acknowledgment from the other, and Harry set his plate aside before drinking down his pumpkin juice.

"Aren't you going to finish?"
The question hung in the air and despite his unease, Harry decided to act casual about it.
"I have a small stomach when it comes to food."
He lied offhandedly and chugged down his drink before taking the provided potion from the other.

"You're underfed by your relatives then?" He asked bluntly, gathering the plates before vanishing them.
"How do you-" Harry said rather loudly, standing abruptly before Tom reached over and motioned for him to sit down.
"You overreact carelessly."

An eye roll.
"If your parents died and you weren't in an orphanage... and your build isn't quite..bulky, I can assume that much. I'll be assuming I'm right since you reacted that way. You most likely bulk up through the year at Hogwarts and lose it when you go home."

Cunning and sneaky. Harry would give him that much.
"Right. Temper in check." Harry said slowly, his grogginess forcing him to come up with nothing more.

"Where will we be going next? I'm guessing we'll have to go somewhere important in order to get the next one. "

"I have an inkling of where the next one will be, I've gained some memories of.. his. Most of the information I can't quite tell you.. but we're visiting Gringotts."

Harry groaned.
It would be an even longer week than he'd originally thought.

Harry downed his anti-nausea pill.
