~Mercy's p.o.v~
I've been walking non stop for a whole day. Can I take a break? No. We're almost there. I didn't know there was another portal. It's hidden away. Oh. Can I really do this? Of course you can. You're a Villain. It should be a piece of cake. All of a sudden my mom appears in front of me. "Stop right now, Mercy." She holds her arms out. Ignore her. You don't need pointless people standing in your way. But that's my moth-I don't care. Tell her to move. I flinch. "Move." I demand. "No. You're being controlled, and it's because you let your inner darkness consume your light. I can see it in your eyes. They're dark and lifeless like mine once were." She holds my shoulders. "I said move!!" I try to shove her out my way but she refuses to budge. "I don't want to hurt you, mom." I narrow my eyes. She doesn't waver from my gaze. "I'm not moving, Mercy." She says again. Hit her. But I don't-DO IT!! I flinch. "I'm sorry." I apologize, then hitting her in the face. She falls to the ground and I walk past her. That's strange. I didn't really feel bad for hitting her. As you shouldn't have. She was in our way.

I don't respond. We're here. I look around and the portal is nowhere to be found. Um, where is it? Ugh. Foolish girl. Use your necklace. Ok?  My necklace starts humming when I walk around. The portal is invisible to human eyes, but with your necklace it will show you where it is. The louder it vibrates, the closer you are. Great. Now I have to walk around like an idiot. I take my necklace off and hold it out. Go right. It vibrates louder. Now, step two steps to the left and jump. Jump? Yep. I move over to the left and jump. Nothing happens. Wait for it. "Huh? Wait for-WAHHH!!" I start falling. What is this?! Alice in wonderland?! Stop screaming. I'm falling!! Yeah. You're falling. Not dying. Easy for you to say!! All of a sudden I land on something soft. "Ow." Someone underneath me says. Huh? I scream and jump up. "Milo?!" I ask in shock. She gives me a smile. "Relax. I'm not here to turn you in to the King. I'm here to stop you myself." She crosses her arms. Ignore her. I push her out my way. "You're not evil, Mercy. Snap out of it." She grabs my arm. I feel something inside of me snap and I grab her by the shirt before shoving her against the wall. She stares at me unfazed. "Stay out of my way, Milo." I drop her roughly and walk past her. "Mykie's gonna be queen. I just thought I'd let you know." She calls out. Wait, What?! I stop dead in my tracks. "There's a prize for your head in the black market. Mykie said she was going to capture you as her first mission when she becomes queen." Milo continues. "So she's betraying me? Fucking bitch." I curse. See? You can't trust anyone you know. Not even Milo? Hmm. She might be an ally, but don't let your guard down. "My mother said she's unable to communicate with you anymore because you let darkness take over your mind. That's how I know you're being controlled." She admits.

"Since when do you talk to your mother?" I scoff and turn to face her. "Since today when she told me to find you." Milo doesn't take her eyes off me. I narrow my eyes. "I don't need a babysitter." I turn and start walking away again. She follows me. "I was just warning you." She says. I roll my eyes. "Well guess what? Mykie won't be queen for long. I'm taking over Eden, and turning it into what I want it to be. Villains shall rise to the top and we will no longer be outcasts." I feel fire burn within me. That's right. "So you tell Mykie to watch out." I smile darkly and snap my fingers. A smoke cloud appears and I take off running. Where do I go? To your father's house. Oh great. Just what I want. He's gonna help out. Evil bastard. Gee. I wonder where you get it from? Hardy har. Very funny. I'm pretty sure I got it from my mother too. She was a very good Villain as well. Unfortunately, once she became pregnant with you, her evilness faded away. I chuckle and end up going to my dad's house against my will.
