well that's a long title.

here's my pic I uses for Dani_the_Fanwarrior ' cover

now open it in PicsArt and go to fx (effects) and go to corrections where we will be be doing the eye coloring, the glowing eyes and the skin smoothening.

then go to eye color and move around the hue and saturation to get the color you want.

to get another eye color thingy tap the eye icon left to the eraser
↓↓

then zoom in your picture and change the size of the eye color thingy correspondingly and also erase anything extra

now, glowing eyesssss.
go to PicsArt→fx→corrections again

and go to prism and do pretty much the same thing as the eye coloring. BUT THE RESULTS ARE AMAZINGGGG

okie so skin smoothening

again, PicsArt→fx→corrections
and then face fix. just paint across the face and control the blur to where it looks best.
