"Darling, a letter came for you." My mother said strutting into my lush pink bedroom in her black, designer stilletoes. "Oh mum, you don't need to tell me every time I get fan mail, I'm very busy." I said painting my nails without looking up. "Oh but Mackenzie, it said it was important so it must be very exciting that's why i came up to tell you the news so go on now go check it out." My persistent mom gabbled. I slid out of my bed and walked downstairs to the cafe my mum owned, my pink heels made a soft tapping sound on the newly polished stairs. I saw the letter sitting there on table 3, I went to pick it up RING-RING-RING it was Lola, my friend. "Hey, how's it going?... you want me to come round yours...sure, I'm just coming." I said laughing and I ran out of the cafe, leaving the letter behind.
