My life continued on pretty normally for the next couple of months.
Surprisingly.
I wasn't punching anyone in the face...
- Cue flashback of Pinchy with pieces of toilet paper shoved up her nose.
El oh el. -
- Cue another flashback of my mom's horrifying face threatening to have my grandmother slap me around...
El oh not so el. -
Shudder.
Don't laugh at me for fearing an old woman.
My grandmother looks like a very sweet lady - that is until everyone leaves and she's chasing you with her bamboo stick of death.
Of DEATH.
Needless to say, no one's faces were being dented by my knuckles.
School carried on uneventfully, I mean aside from the stare shows.
After riding in the cars that Kris and Chen drove, I had forever promised myself to only be in the safe hands of Suho's.
Seriously.
This isn't the fast and furious.
Why are they drifting on the way to school?
Why.
Minah continued to sit with us at lunch, and as she continued to slowly know the boys better - she blushed less at the sight of Sehun, and reddened more at the sight of Xiumin...
I went out of my way to call them Min-min.
She was horrified.
I was elated.
I used it every chance I got.
"MIN-MIN could you guys pass me my water bottle?"
"MIN-MIN don't you guys think it's such a lovely day outside?"
"MIN-MIN!... Hai."
I was currently in the car being driven home by Suho after school. The rest of the boys had divided between going home and staying at school to practice for the upcoming soccer tryouts.
The radio was on, and I smiled as I recognized the song that was softly streaming through the car.
My current favorite playlist consisted of very familiar voices.
I had made it a point to buy all their albums - both Korean and Chinese versions... I knew all the words to the Korean ones, and I was currently trying to slowly learn the Chinese ones.
It wasn't long before I was singing quietly along to the words of 'Don't Go.'
Suho turned to me, surprised, before he smiled and joined in.
Oh gawd, I should stop.
My voice literally sounds like poop next to his.
I'm freaking killing the song.
With my poop.
When the song ended, Suho turned to look at me with a warm smile. "You have a really pretty voice."
Stahhhhpp.
Your ears are probably crying right now.
"Liar," I accused as I playfully smacked his arm. "My mom once told me that my singing could lure people into the sea."
