As they sat themselves in the plane, Micah continued his nap, along with Jessica to the right of him. Jaclyn sat herself in the copilot seat, next to Alec in the pilot seat.
Without a word, Alec revved up the engine and flew up into the sky. The Air Base was slightly north east. That was all Alec needed.
As they reached up above the clouds, Jaclyn saw the sun, and a bright blue sky. A tear dropped.
Alec felt like crying, but kept it in.
Jessica woke and stared out her seat window. So did Micah.
Jaclyn still staring out the cockpit window, asked Alec:
"So...what happens now?"
"I don't know to tell you the truth. But we have a destiny to fufill. It's what we make of it."
