"And they lived happily ever after." Mom narrated sweetly, as if she was the main character in the story, she closed the book and looked at me.I yawned. It's the usual, Mom would read me bedtime stories and I get fast asleep. But every single time Mom reads me bed time stories, she would always recite the ending as "and they lived happily ever after."
Mom was about to stand up from my bed but I stopped her, "Mom, what's happily ever after?" I asked.
She smiled at me sweetly, "Something everyone wishes for. I can't explain it to you yet, Andrea. You have your own story to tell."
I yawned, again. I'm sleepy but it did not stop me from my curiousity. "Well, Mom, do you have a happily ever after, with dad?"
I saw her eyes sparkle. "You're too young for this, why are you suddenly asking? But yes, Andi, I'd define it a happily ever after. We have you and Kuya now."
I know Mommy will think I'm a silly 7 year old girl.
Last question.
"Does it happen to everyone? I mean, does happy ever after happen to everyone, Mommy?"
She stroked my hair, making me more sleepy. "It's always our own story to tell, Andrea. Sometimes it does not. Sometimes it does." Then she kissed my forehead, "It's past bed time. Sleep now, Andi."
I nodded, scooted my mom closer and I fell fast asleep.

I'm back with a new fanfic and expect slow updates like Thirdy lol.
I am now apologizing for grammatical errors and such in my future updates. Learning is key. Hehe.
Here's a fact: I really chose Andrea as the name (when it's supposed to be random) cause, duh, #TyDrea for life. ❣️ Though some of the characters are random in this fanfic. But whatever, I'm TyDrea biased.
