"Hey, Ands." Tyler all of a sudden sat beside Andi, but it was unsual because Tyler wasn't smiling and also sounds like he's down.
Andi and Tyler keep in touch in school for the past few weeks now. They're not classmates at any of Andi's subjects, nor Tyler's but I guess that's how some friendships work.
Andi stopped reading and looked at him, "Hey."
Tyler frowned, but still gave her a smile.
"What's up, why do you suddenly look so down?" Andi asked, worried.
Tyler pointed at his feet, Andi looked at it and was clueless why it has a big gauge on.
"I don't get it." She said, still staring at whatever thing Tyler have in his feet.
"I'm injured. It's almost the UAAP season. I don't know what to do." Tyler sounded so frustrated that made Andi tap his back softly.
"Hey, that's okay. Malay mo you're only gonna miss one game? Madami pa. There's round 1, round 2, and semifinals, even finals. And you're still included sa line up, so what are you frustrated for?" Andi smiled at him like it was a smile that she believes it's just an injury, and it's not gonna ruin his debut season.
"I hope ganun lang yun, Ands. I really hope." Tyler was still down, but gave Andi a little smile.
He's so frustrated but how come he looks so gwapo? Andi thought. Secretly.
"Have some faith in yourself, Tyty!" She told him.
"Hey And------oh. Hi. Tyler?" Adri suddenly came to sight, sweaty and catching her breath. Looks like she was running towards their table.
"Hi, Adri." Tyler greeted Adri. Adri smiled but then looked at Andi suspiciously.
Andi gave her a look, too.
"Am I interrupting something?" Adri looked at the both cause they were quiet.
"Nothing. Just talking about my athlete life." Tyler said and stood up. "but anyway, watch my game Ands and Adri ah! Libre ko na ticket sainyo, libre niyo support.. I'll go na." Tyler chuckled.
"Oo naman, we'll watch!" Adri said enthusiastically.
Andi smirked, "To support who? Ty or....."
Good thing hindi narinig ni Tyler and formally left. After that, Adri turned around to look at Andi again suspiciously.
"May hindi ba ako alam?" Adri smirked.
"Adri, it's nothing. Me and Tyler are friends, like Raffy and Anton." Andi clarified.
"What's with you and Blue Eagles?" Adri asked, slightly curious.
"Eh ikaw, what's with you and THE Raffy Verano?" Andi slightly chuckled.
"What?" Adri said clueless.
Andi rolled her eyes, "You're not good at lying, alam mo yun?" she said, "I heard things."
