A bit about him, He loves white clothing because of how blood stains it. He also loves it when his victims fight back and tare his clothes. Imma say in this picture, he just killed a victim that fought back XD. His weapon of choice is knives and he always keeps them sharp. Valgar tends to like to kill single woman that have no children. He however will not hurt children or mother's to be. He hates it when people mess with his stuff. He is one scary dude tho.
