Whoop, the Hanahaki Disease, the most aesthetic of all fictional disease.
For those who don't know what it is, it's a disease that only appears when your feelings are rejected by the person you love. As you hold onto this one-sided love, flowers grow on your lungs and everytime you cough, blood and flower petals are the substances you hack up.
Those flowers grow on your lungs until your love is finally returned, then you're cured. If they don't return your feelings, the flowers continue to grow on your lungs, suffocating you and you end up dying.
Such tragic love *wipes tear away*
