The Who are/were an English Rock Band, who were in 1964. The Who members are/were: Roger Daltrey (Vocals), Pete Townshend (Guitar and Back Up Vocals), John Entwistle (Bass) and, Keith "Moony" Moon (Drums.) Keith died in 1978 and was replaced by Kenny Jones and then, Kenny was replaced by Zak Starkey in 1999. They are known for their tunes: "Who Are You?," "I Can't Explain," "Baba O'Reilly," "Pinball Wizard" and, "Behind Blue Eyes." "Who Are You?" is featured as the opening backing song of the credits to the crime show "NCIS."
