"YEAH MANN!!" Tate yelled as a guy named Owen threw his head back and gulped down a small about of liquor. And to add to the mood 'shots' by LMFAO played in the background. The group of people watching all laughed as he coughed from the intensity of the drink.
"Come with me." Matt whispered in my ear. He grabbed my by the waist and spun me around in his arms. Our eyes met, our faces inches apart, and he smiled, i doing the same. "Come on."
People jumped up and down as the music beat through the house.
"A little party never killed no bodyy."
"Where are we going?" i threw my head back in laughter. Matt held my hand and guided me threw crowds of people.
"Trust me!" he yelled over the loud music with a big smile on his face. We stepped out into the backyard. Lights were strung all around the yard up in the sky. It was a beautiful sight as i took it all in while Matt pulled me through the yard.
"Happy birthday Erin." a girl smiled and waved at me.
"Thanks!" i smiled back, though i didn't recognize her.
As we walked further from the house, the music got softer and softer. The sun was setting and it was beginning to get dark.
He guided me through the small patch of trees behind my house which led to the lake.
"Kay, im going to cover your eyes." He half smiled. "your going to have to trust me." I nodded. He placed his hands over my eyes and led me down to the docks.
He slowly released his hands from my face.
"Matthew." i softly laughed. Hayes and Nash stood at the end of the dock with a mini cake in there hands.
"Happy birthday babe." Matt quickly pecked my cheek.
The 4 of us sat down and at the cake off the tray.
"Hey Erin!" Hayes called. When i looked up, it went dark.
"HAAYESS!!" i screeched. I brought my fingers up to my face and flung the cake away from my eyes. "You little shit head!" we all laughed. I stood up and so did Hayes, but before he could run i playfully pushed him off the edge of the dock. I reached one of my hands down to help him up. He was soaked from the waist down. He grabbed me by the arm and went to push me but Nash quickly gabbed my waist, and pulled my on the dock.
"Hey don't waste that." Matt commented. He then, literally, licked my face. I laughed as he ate the cake off my face.
...
"Erin wanna play?" Matts's friend Johnny asked as i walked by.
"Sure, what are we playing?"
"Dominos!" he announced. i took a seat at the table with everyone else. "okay so its a lot like uno, but easier for the drunk people." he pointed the 3 boys sitting across the table from us. "just match up the numbers, and first person to get rid of all their dominos wins, dont worry you'll catch on fast."
5 minutes later.
"You little fuck!" johnny yelled, high-fiving me. "Thats was dope as fuck!"
The drunk boys looked in confusion as i slammed down my final domino.
"Again again again!" I chanted.
"Alright birthday girl." johnny winked.
Oddly this was such a mature party for a 15 year old, but if you thought about it, most of the people here were Nash's friends, who were like 16+, and some of Wills friends, that were home, showed up. So a lot of older people were here.
3 rounds later, the game came to the end when Daniel threw up.
"Eewwww." Johnny and I said in unison as we laughed.
"Im going to go find Matt." i said to Johnny over the music.
"Do you um, wanna dance first?" He awkwardly asked.
"Um, sure." We walked into the living room. A black light was turned on along with multiple strobe lights.
I grabbed one of the neon face makers and drew 2 lines under each of my eyes, one orange, one yellow. Then added green dots. And grabbed a couple glow sticks. I was pretty impressed with how Nash and Christin managed to get the party to turn out.
I laughed along with another girl, who was obviously really drunk, as she drew a glowing dick on a passed out boys face.
I found Johnny again and awkwardly stood next to him. I couldn't dance to save my life, but i couldn't turn down his offer.
"Hey guys!" Matt said with a cup in his hand, making his way through the crowd of people dancing. I jumped up in his arms and kissed his cheek. He had tribal marks drawn on his face with the neon marker. I stood with Matt as him and Johnny talked, and kinda just enjoyed the music.
A camera, on about a 4 foot long stick, was being passed around. The 3 of us posses as it took our picture, and passed it along.
Christin came out of the bathroom and ran towards me when we made eye contact.
"Do you like my art?" she laughed, holding Matts face in her hands showing it to me.
"Its bootyful!" we laughed.
"ERRRIINNN" this girl Lily came running over to me. Matt gave her a weird look as she jumped on me. "THIS IS OUR SOONGG!!" she yelled. Fuckin Problomes by A$AP Rocky came on.
"YAAASSS!!" we both yelled. Lily and I have Math together and this is 'our song'.
We ran into the pit of people dancing and started jumping up and down with them.
"I LOVE BAD BITCHES THATS MY FUCKIN PROBLEM, AND YEAH I LIKE TO FUCK I GOT A FUCKIN PROBLEM" we yelled the lyrics.
...
"Okay put yo ass, on my dick, and pose some shit." Matt sang as we sat in the kitchen.
"Okay!" Johnny joked and pretended to sit on Matts lap.
Christin and I burst into laughter, laughing a little to hard, but who cares.
We sat on the counter and ate pizza that some one ordered. For all we know, it could of been drugged, but i was so hungry i didn't care. It was 1 am and i hadn't eaten anything since i got cake thrown at my face.
We had ended up 'dancing' for several hours. I hadnt seen Nash since we walked up from the docks together, or Hayes either.
"WOOOOOOO!!" a boy with no shirt on said running through the kitchen, swinging his shirt up in the air- oh wait, never mind, found Hayes.
"What did i tell ya! i told you you'd have fun!!" Nash said swinging his arm around my shoulder and pulling me into his sweaty body. Found Nash too i guess.
"Yes, this is actually pretty fun." i admitted.
"See, you just have to lighten up sometimes!!" Nash pulled my head in even close and gave me a nugie. Which hurt like a bitch since he had such bony hands.
