An hour of TV is fine for your Toby. Do not let him near any phones, he will destroy them so you 'cannot call for help'.
Do not allow your Toby to play Pokémon Go. If he finds a Pokémon, he will throw the phone at it, thinking it's a pokeball.
X-box games in which he must move around is suggested for your Toby. Make sure to remove any furniture from the room when he's playing, as he will most likely fall into it and brake it.
Do not let him put in his gaming disc himself. He will manage to destroy the whole machine just by inserting the disc.
