The ambulance's siren grew louder. The children were crying. Shrek was bleeding on the floor. Donald- Donald was far gone. Spongebob remained frozen, gripping onto Shrek's unconscious body. "In here!",yelled a paramedic. Spongebob looked up at him with tears in his eyes. "Please, help him..." Spongebob collapsed, watching Shrek get into the ambulance as everything turned black.
Spongebob awoke in a white room. From what he could tell it was the hospital. The heart monitor beeped at a steady pace. "Where's Shrek?", Spongebob asked as he sat up. A nurse walked in, right on cue. "Spongebob, we have some bad news."
