Matts P.O.V
I drank Toms blood but made sure he lived he passed out I grabbed him and put him on my bed and wrapping his arm in bandages looking at him in guilt Edd then put his hand on my shoulder
"He'll be okay I'm going back to my room now"
I slightly nodded and went to sleep on the cough I looked at my hands
Am I happy with what I am?
I closed my eyes falling asleep
Toms P.O.V
The morning
I woke up in Matts bed confused then remembering what happened last night I looked at my arm it was bandaged up I looked around when I looked at a photo it was me and Edd but.. Matt. In red marker he was crossed out in red marker and in a black marker it said
'Monster'
I took it it was matts writing I got out of the room and saw Matt in the kitchen counter eating tacos
"Matt can I talk to you for a second"
"Sure"
I showed him the picture
"What does this mean?"
He stared at it blankly then looked at me
"That's how it's supposed to be"
Then he bite his taco he said it so casually.
"I understand that you might hate me for that Tom and being the freak I am"
"Matt... I'm not dumb as Edd was I knew your "secret" I don't care who you are your my friend"
Matt was silent
"Matt.."
"Hmm?"
I showed him a picture of Matt and Tord but he wrote I miss you
"Care to explain?"
He squealed and grabbed it and put it away
"There's nothing to explain that"
As he turned on the tv the news was on
"Red leader is to strong for anyone to stop him rumours say that he's not okay and he just wants to stop it might not be true red leader must be found and be excucted"
There was a picture of.. Tord?!..
Matt got up paused it and out his hand on Tords picture.
"So Matt how do you survive?"
"Survival is not easy for me if I drink blood it will last only a month before I need more blood I have to stay inside I can't be outside and be careful of mirrors I don't have a reflection so I'll scare people off and if I have to be outside I covered as much skin as possible and my exposing skin I have to use a lot of sun screen to keep me safe and I only turn at midnight"
I just stood there not knowing what to say I sighed
