The Decision is Made.

After dinner, I stuck to the shadows as I climbed to the roof. Psycho had called Draco and I up here tonight. But we would be arriving at different times, to reduce suspicion. I wondered what in the world this 'organization' was doing. But I had to admit that's it was intriguing. I freezed as I heard Filch's footsteps. Flattening myself against the wall, I couldn't help but smirk. The difficulty only made it more fun, and I noted how Gryffindor that thought was.

Finally, I stepped out into the chilly night, and my eyes adjusted rather quickly as found Psycho.  He was waiting with a crowd of students- most of them older than me. I was surprised by how clearly I could see each of their faces, but I wrote it off to magic. Unsurprisingly,  most of them were Slytherin, though a few of them came from other houses.

"Howdy, Psycho," I yelled, waving, "How do you do?"

The students cringed, but only Psycho seemed nonchalant about it, as he gave me a thumbs up.

"This is why we don't take first years.." muttered one of the students. I rolled my eyes.

"Well, sorry to burst your bubble, and ruin that shady, secret organization vibe you've got going on," I said sarcastically, "Oh, wait. This is a shady secret organization,"

A few chuckles broke out, but sounded hesitant, as if they weren't used to laughing.

I was aware that Draco had joined us, and was now standing by me, after greeting the Slytherins rather formally. I couldn't help but tease his rigidlity, which warranted a friendly glare by the blonde haired pureblood.

"So what exactly do we do in this shady club?" I asked once the crowd had grown to about 50 members. When no one answered me, I continued.

"With how serious you look, I'm assuming we're going to kill someone," I said in a fake innocent voice.

They couldn't hold back their snorts then. Psycho rolled his eyes.

"No, Xasper we aren't going to kill anyone. You would have known this if you hadn't gotten stuck with detention last night for flirting with Snape!"

This warranted another bout of laughter.

"I wonder how you even got into Slytherin, you seem way too Gryffindor," mused a Ravenclaw after the laughter subsided.

I shrugged, "These house divisions are rather foolish, don't you think? A Slytherin could have the same audacity as a Gryffindor, and the same intelligence as a Ravenclaw. At the same time, the Slytherin could be a coward, and a slacker who doesn't apply his intelligence. I would argue that I was put into Slytherin merely because the hat didn't know where else to put me,"

I finished weakly, not believing the last line I said. It didn't go unnoticed by Draco.

"You don't believe that do you? That last part? Why do you actually think you were put into Slytherin. I looked up, straight into Draco's beautiful eyes. Wait? What. Never mind.

"I think the sorting hat placed me here mainly because of my family. If you can even call them family," I said, bitterly.

"And that's where we're we come in Xasper," said Psycho, pulling up the sleeves of his robe all of a sudden. The rest of them-even Draco followed suit. Soon I was staring at multiple arms, of different color and sizes, all bearing the same symbol. A pencil. A grey pencil surrounded with various shades of graphite.

"We fight for the grey. And no. We are not neutral. We are tired of the adults. Of Dumbledore, of Voldemort-your father," added Psycho, "We refuse to let them split our world into the chaos it has fallen to. We will end this war, and the pain it has caused us,"

"And how exactly do you plan to do that?" I challenged. Psycho faltered for a second.

"I...I don't know," he admitted, "But I don't plan on becoming the mastermind behind this movement." He paused, at the outrage of the grey soldiers.

"Silence," he spoke, in a loud commanding voice that everyone couldn't help but accede to.

"Think of this...as the American revolution. I'm not George Washington. I'm just Sam Adams. I've riled you up as much as I could. Now it falls in your hands Xasper," he finished, to my surprise. Silence fell across the group. No one brave enough to break it. Except me, of course.

"Now, soldiers of Graphite, or whatever you are. I've got a question. Do you seek fame? If you do, then leave now," I raised my voice, and Draco stared at me skeptically, though Psycho trusted me. Understanding the seriousness of the situation. Two students stood up hastily, and looked embarrassed while Psycho cast the Obliviate spell on them.

"Thank you. Now, I've got a plan. But it's not for the weak hearted. If this works, it'll unite the wizarding and Muggle world alike. But we will be hated. Persecuted. No matter what, we will lose the battle. But we will win the greater war that no one else is fighting," I paused and looked around at the 47 students remaining.

"It's simple really. We're uniting the world under a common enemy,"

Surprised gasps were heard as the implications were understood.

"Yep, that's right! Ladies and Gentlemen, we are about to become the evilest evil ever heard of!" I said dramatically. Draco looked horrified, so just to soften the blow, I added.

"And Draco, if you like me, you should just ask me out already," I smirked at the  handsome boy who was now flushed red.

"I would say yes," I said, as I took his hand. He didn't complain.

War out!
