The team was watching the screen for red tornado to meet him when he came to ask about if there are any missions. All Red Tornado said is that Batman handles the missions, then after that he walks into to the cave. The team does not seem to like the idea of having a "den mother" while they are a team. But it was Batman's orders, if they want to stay as a team and be their own league they will follow Batman's rules.
