she held my world,
my beautiful, delicate world.
I told her not to drop me or I'll break.
she promised me that she'll never leave me.
yet one day,
she found a boy and just dropped me
like that.
and left me in pieces, scattered on the floor.
once in a while she would pick up a piece,
just to drop it again and break it into tinier pieces.
then one day you came.
told me that she would never come to break my world again.
you glued the pieces back together,
and you promised me that nothing would hurt me again.
you also taught me how to be strong.
you never dropped me and I know you'll never
because I know you actually care.
