She didn't turn up the next day. Glancing outside the window display continuously became a major exercise for him. So he just focused on the flowers and the scents around him.

He didn't know if she appeared at the shop the other days when he wasn't working. The idea made him want to stay there for the whole week just to see her again. He touched his forehead in distress: he sounded insanely obsessed with her.

But he wasn't. He just really liked her hair. And lips. And smile.

Perhaps he'd get a chance to talk to her one day, and the thought itself intrigued him.
