dermatillomania scars aren't your worst enemy, and they don't determine the worth of your skins beauty

i know it can be scary. to watch them stare, to go out in public. but i promise, it'll be okay someday. not everyone may understand how devastating this can be, and how it brings "mirror fears" to a whole new level. and that's okay. i swear it is. you're beautiful, no matter what anyone says.

most of you probably have no idea what the hell im talking about, but i know that somewhere in october there was BFRB awareness at some point.
