True Leader

The leaders you see in the front aren't the ones that always do the work.

The shadow that follows the light is always present.

Being the smartest one doesn't mean you have to be the leader. Being the most talented or skilled one doesn't make you a leader.

The true leader doesn't say they are the leader.

It's the people that decide who is worthy of that title.

The light that shines the brightest has the darkest shadow.

Being the face for the team doesn't mean you're the one who worked hard for it.

There will be no leader if there are no players.

A good leader knows what are their faults, they know their team wholly.

Doesn't it disappoint you that people always depend on the leader?

When in reality, the leader actually depends on you.
