n_n Sorry about the delay if you feel as if you waited long, honestly I lose track of time easily... Anyways, I took my time with this chapter because I was not feeling as Dante and I ended up writing Ch 22 first, from Brea's perspective. I do love the chapter and I hope you do as well!
I must explain that this chapter and the next are happening almost at the same time, just different perspectives. I hope is not too confusing... Enjoy!!! XD

Dante’s POV
“BREEEEEEA!” I let out in a broken howl. I fell to my knees watching helplessly as my mate vanishes. I couldn’t reach her in time. My mate left me… I knew she had something planned the moment she asked me to leave her with the witch. I knew what it was without having to ask her or hearing it from her delectable lips. I knew she wanted to leave, even after she swore upon her Alpha that she wouldn’t, yet I trusted the wolves’ binding words. I should’ve marked her as mine, I should’ve completed our bond, and I should’ve followed my wolf’s instincts.
“AAARRGH! Someone must die!” I launched myself at the first creature that was in my way, throwing him to the ground. It was a filthy ogre, massive in weight. However, I was not bothered by the what or the who, as I pounded his face with my fists. I did not give my wolf the pleasure of ripping the thing to shreds, it was all my doing.
“Son, we must go back to the pack.” My father said as he tried to pull me away from the filth beneath me. He was successful only because I had to stop hitting the ogre to toss my father over my shoulders. I sent him flying across the room to the far end wall.
“No.” I commanded in a deadly whisper. “I will get her back!” I growled for every male in the tavern to hear.
Mine. My wolf growled.
Mine. I growled back in agreement.
Kill.
I will kill the bat who dared to touch my mate, and I will kill the cat who took her away.
The bat would have been dead already had he not vanished as well. My mate is presently with those two Venus’ children and out of my reach. My wolf and I were on edge. As it was, my agony and pain were already enough to drive a wolf into madness just from the few days away from her.
I had returned to the witch’s tree to find that it was gone, along with my mate and the witch I had so blindly trusted. I had caught Brea’s scent and ran like a mad wolf towards it. I had thought the worst had happened, dreading that the Royals had gotten to her before I did. Still trusting her words, her promise, her vow. Now that I’ve seen as she was the one who chose to leave me, to betray me, my feelings are a chaotic disaster. Madness pales in comparison to what I’m feeling... I-will-kill…
I rise leaving the ogre unconsciously lying on the ground, with his disgusting green blood spurting from all over his horrid, now swollen, face. It looked horrible but that had nothing to do with me, although I left it looking fouler than usual. I heard his pulse and I knew it was still alive.
I glance at where my father was rising from the ground. “Drake will be in charge while I’m gone. My best warriors will train the whole pack apart from the children, however they must watch and learn as well. None will leave our territory until you hear from me.”
