Chapter 11: Path to Darkness

Kiryu was laying in the River along with Starrk, Toshiro, and Kenpachi.

"Odd way to bath in the morning huh? Said Starrk as he saw Kiryu on the edge of the River letting the waterfall slide off his body.

Kiryu was meditating, as Akira told him that he need to focus his spiritual Pressure so he can achieve bankai one day, "Neither fire nor wind, birth nor death can erase our good deeds" he said as his Spiritual Pressure was rising and the River started making waves around him.

"Time is like a River. You cannot touch the same water twice because the flow that has passed will never pass again...It not the Goodbye that hurts...It the Flashback that follows.." he said finishing his morning Training as the Water began going normal and turns around seeing his friends with his clothes and smiling.

"Let go, we got a job to finish" said Kenpachi, and a old man walks behind him.

"So this must be Kiryu?" said Gurandofaiaerudā said as he kneels before him.

"Yes sir he is" said Akira nodding knowing what the Old man came for.

Kiryu looks confused and thought for a moment about what was going on, while putting on his clothes.

Akira went to Kiryu, and whisper what was going on, after a moment Kiryu agree and let the Old man do what he need to do.

-19 hours later, Dawn-

The group found an huge covering in ash and fire mark Base, they went inside and looks around for a moment, "Too many door, we got to split up into a group of 2." said Kiryu.

Everybody nodded and the partner we chose and each group took a door.

Kiryu and Halibel took the first door, Akira and Toshiro took the second door, Kenpachi and Yachiru took the third door, and Starrk, Lilynette, and Isane took the last door.

Starrk looks around the room to see if their anything wrong with it, "Hey Stark, something seem wrong around here, Don't you think?" said Lilynette.

Starrk nodded and looks back, "We need to be in high alert of else, we in deep trouble."

"Not for long!" said a voice as a Purple blast goes to them, Starrk, Isane, and Lilynette took cover.

-Room 1-

Kiryu was fighting a redhead woman wearing an eyepatch, she laughing crazy while swing at Kiryu, "Halibel run! I'll handle her!" shouted Kiryu.

Halibel didn't want to run but with Kiryu look in his eye, she ran out of the door.

Kiryu was running while dodging incoming Purple Slashes, The woman walks in smiling evilly, "Where are you kid!"

Later a orange light appear in front of the woman and a Orange/Red blast came at her, She dodge and looks up seeing Kiryu.

Kiryu hair had a small spot on the front color Orange, while his Sword has writing on it, "State your name and then we can begin this fight properly."

The Woman grins, "Fine the name is Nevanlinna, and You can't kill me!" she said as she rush at Kiryu countering his Blade

-Room 2-

Akira was facing a hooded figure while Toshiro was holding off his own against another hooded figure.

"They just keep coming and coming!" said Toshiro while slashing away the one in front of him.

Akira hit one in the stomach, open handed and send him flying into the wall, "I wonder what going on, first of all."
