Chapter one: Red eyes
Inside one of London's biggest mansions, on the fourth floor and in the study in the first door on the left side of the stairs.
Sits the Jeon family's only son and youngest staring longingly out the window.
His book opened and a feather quill placed neatly on top of the blank page waiting to be filled with whatever he was actually supposed to write.
The whole mansion was dead quiet. There were some sounds coming from the kitchen but that was mostly it.
Jungkook was the only one home, there were some people there like some maids and cooks, and of course his butler.
There was a knock on the wooden door followed by a: "Young master, it's time for lunch."
A sigh escaped Jungkook's lips "Hoseok how many times have a told you not to call me that? It makes me feel old." His gaze did not leave the blue bird he was looking at.
Hoseok chuckled "Sorry Jungkook but it has been engraved in my brain to say it like that and I just wanted to tell you that you're allowed to go outside to the town now."
"Really!?" Jungkook got up so fast that the chair went flying behind him, he spun around to look at his butler to see if he lying.
Which he, of course, was not.
Jungkook smiled and began running out of the room, to the stairs and to his room to grab his black coat.
On his way there he passed the son of the mansion's cooks, Byeongkwan or Jason as he liked to be called.
"Ah, Master Jungkook~ are you going outside?" Jason smiled at the older, in his small hands was a book about animals and a hat was placed on top of his head.
Jungkook nodded and smiled "Yes I am. I can buy some candy from the market for you if you would like that."
Jason's eyes doubled in size and a big smile formed on his face "You would really do that!?"
"Yes, so I will be going now." Jungkook patted the boy on his head then continuing to walk towards to the entrance.
It was raining slightly when he opened the door, a cold wind blew his hair up and a leaf hit him in the face along with a few raindrops.
Jungkook closed his coat and stepped out the door, he began walking in the direction of the nearest marked.
"Wait for me!"
He stopped and turned around, Hoseok was running towards him, his coat messily put on.
"I'm going with you whether you like it or not." Hoseok fixed his coat, panting slightly.
Jungkook shrugged "Okay, I don't mind having company."
"Not like you have a choice young master."
"Stop calling me that you demon." Jungkook hit the other's shoulder in a playful manner.
Hoseok became stiff, thinking that his true identity had been revealed.
He snapped back when he noticed that Jungkook already had gotten ahead of him.
"The market is packed today Hoseok. " Jungkook commented as the two made their way through the crowd of people.
"Stay back! Let us handle this!"
Jungkook stopped "What was that all about?"
"Young Mater I don't think- oh god Jungkook!" Hoseok groaned when the younger had begun to walk closer to the middle of the crowd where all the commotion was.
