Frisk sat, legs dangling off the edge of the pit that looked at her hungrily, ready to swallow her up. She glanced over her shoulder, looking down at the warm town that glowed against the night sky. What a wonderful night.

The sky was hardly black, a nebula gleaming and sparkling above her, the moon smiling lazily down on her. It was clear and without a breeze, all holding a deep breath of anticipation. What a wonderful night.

Frisk came here every night after school, the peace and quiet calming her restless soul. Her hands smoothed the grass, and she watched a shooting star fly through the night. She wished upon it. What a wonderful night.

What a wonderful last night.
