1.open the template as the background and then the photo as the foreground make the filter multiply, use the rectangle masking tool and erase anything below the top half, then the color of your choice I choice one that matched the color scheme of the photo, keep the filter multiply and use the rectangle tool to mask any unwanted areas above the line, merge, open a lighter color and make the filter screen mask anything not on the small line save whenever finished.
Picsart:
1. Open your template and go to draw, add ur photo and not place it how you would like, click erase and then go to the shapes tool and use the square to erase the unwanted parts of the picture below the black line, make the filter multiply, open a new tab use the color dropper to find ur color you would like, use the square again to add ur color below the black line with the filter still on multiply,then open another tab make the filter screen use the color dropper and pick a lighter color now again use the square and add color color just the black line, finish and save you work.
Add ur text and your done!!
