You know when you turn on an old telly,
And the noisy static buzzes
And you can’t really see anything clearly at all?
That’s what it’s like.
It’s like the white is fighting the black,
And the black is fighting the white,
But they won’t merge.
They’re always pushing each other away,
Always a separation and some reason why
Black and white can’t make gray.
It’s like Black is too powerful and defensive,
But White is too innocent and doesn’t really understand,
But it fights back anyway, because it’s being attacked.
It’s like an age-old war,
That no one knows the reasons, or causes of anymore.
It’s fighting for the sake of fighting.
Fighting because they expect fighting.
The black and white static stays as it is...
The fighting continues,
Black and white.
