Here I am again

Here I am again, this whispy feeling

in my head and pounding heart in

my chest. I was struck again by

Cupid's arrow, the lovely point

piercing right through my fragile

heart.

Oh here I am again, lost in an

archipelago of thoughts of you.

The times are changing, but I

am not my dear. This mind, this

face, this heart. You still own it all,

no matter what others might think

or say. Who cares about what they

think or say. It is what we say that

Truly matters.

Oh here I am again, writing down my

Words of love for you to hear in the

Heartland. I sing my song of romance

Quietly, only for a moment my dear.

Within time I shall release a

Symphony of joy and peace for us

both to finally enjoy.

Oh here I am again, my gaze caught

By the picture of your radiant smile.

Oh how it haunts me, but in a good

Way. Your eyes still sparkle like the

Sun, your lips so soft and kissable.

How I wish I could sleep safe in your

Arms tonight. Alas, that will be for

another day; a distant, frightening

day that seems too long awaited. But

I promise you my dear that it will

Have been worth it.

Oh here I am again, wishing the

goddess of love could grant us

Eternal happiness. How I wish she

Could have left well enough alone,

But she is a cruel one who only

Thinks of herself. I do not know why

She banished us to separate hells, but

I do know that I will find a way out

and rescue  both of us. Just stay

Patient my dear.

Sadly hear I am again, unable to write

Any longer. But fret not my dear.

I shall be back again day after day,

Writing words of comfort In such

Trying times.
