Playoffs

Alissa's POV
"Baby, Lyss, honey" Noah whispered rubbing his thumb on my arm
"Yeah" I yawned
"Rehearsals babe" he chuckled at my tired state
"Ok" I sighed getting up and changing into a pretty casual outfit and putting on some mascara but that was it

"Lets go" he smiled
"It's just weird that we're on the same team now" I chuckled intertwining our fingers
"Yeah I know but we know now that we can't compete against each other and it's ok" Noah shrugged as we walked into the waiting room
"Hello everyone" Adam said walking in
"So the first team to rehearse is my team" Jennifer exclaimed and all of Team JHud cheered
"Who's first" Davon asked
"So the first person is also opening the show and they have a big job but, I know they'll set the standards high for everyone" Jennifer smirked
"Who is it" Shi'An asked
"It could be anyone" Lucas informed her and I nodded agreeing
"It's Alissa" Jennifer revealed and everyone was cheering as I got up
"That's my girl" Noah cheered and everyone awe'd as I went back with Jennifer
"So what song are you thinking for me" I asked
"I think you should do Someone Like You by Adele because it could really show some textures we can't really hear normally" she explained and I nodded singing it and adding a few runs here and there
"That was beautiful Alissa oh my god" Jennifer applauded and I smiled quite wide
"Thank you" I grinned
"I think you should play the piano while you sing. It'll give more of the intimacy of the performance" she suggested
"That's a really good idea" I nodded agreeing with her
"Here try it" Jennifer said putting a keyboard in front of me and I played while singing as Jennifer's jaw literally dropped
"Girl you better sing" she exclaimed and I finished the performance and she was cheering really loudly
"You, are the force to be wreckened with" Jennifer told me
"Thank you so much" I gasped
"Alright go get your boy toy next" she joked
I giggled walking out and opening the door
"Who's next" Davon asked
"Babe, you're the victim" I laughed
"Oh great" he chuckled and kissed my cheek before walking into the rehearsal room
"Awww" team JHUD cooed
"Shut up guys" I blushed sitting down next to Shi'Ann and Davon
"So, did you crush it" Lucas asked
"I think so, JHud seemed impressed" I chuckled
"What song" Chris asked
"Someone Like You, kind of a dedication to Noah but not really since it's a break up song. Basically it's, I'll never find someone like him ever again" I explained
"That's really sweet" Shi'Ann nodded and Noah came out as the cycle continued
