Chapter 6: Saved

Last time in Zak Storm: Kidnapped

"Unhand him Golden Bones!"

"I will...... Into the Sino sea!"

"ZAK STORM!!!"

"Caramba will he be okay?" Cece asked the small green alien

"We need to get to Blaze. The heat from its sea of fire should thaw him out and wake him up."

"Chaos! Set a course for Blaze!" Cece yelled

"Cece he'll be okay. He's survived worse." Clovis said trying to make her feel better "Remember when he blew up?"

Cece thought back to when the Lemurians had attacked Marituga. Zak had gone into the Annolator to save everyone. When he woke they had hugged him and he had said 'Ow guys I just blew up! Ow let go guys!' She laughed at the memory. He had said to her that sacrifice was the stupidest thing, yet he went ahead and sacrificed himself for Marituga. He was a true hero in her eyes, no matter what she said out loud. In her mind she said some of the nicest thing about him.

When they arrived in Blaze the ice that had formed on Zak melted and he began to stir. "Zak? Zak Storm?" She exclaimed as he opened his eyes.

"Hey Cece." He said weakly as he smiled with the same strength

"Do you know that you have a broken leg, four broken fingers, and both your arms are broken?" Caramba asked as he walked over

"That's what Skullivar did to me. He tried to force me into joining him by torturing me. And he had Golden Bones force salt water down my throat." Zak replied with a disgusted face

"Well you need casts."

"I know 'Ramba." The crew left Blaze and went back to Marituga in Beru, where they got Sassafras to put casts on Zak's arms, leg, and fingers. "Ow..." Zak complained

"Well this is what you get for having such injuries for so long without a cast on them." Sassafras

"Hey it's not my fault I was locked in the Netherwere for like what three weeks."

For a while Zak had to stay in the Captian's quarters, until he healed. He slept a lot during this period, and only left the room to go to the bathroom or to get away from Clovis' farts.
