There are basically two main reasons behind our dreams. One reason is the psychological factor and the other one is physiological changes happening in our body during sleep. Physiological factor like; if we are going through tough phase in our present and mind remains stressed through out the day, the bad dreams will occur.
Physiological factor like; if we have taken heavy meals and that too in late night that will also lead to bad dreams automatically. If stomach is heavily filled then uneasiness will be there in dreams.
Some dreams are informative especially seen at the time of sunrise or in a little nap during afternoon.
Dreams which appeared suddenly are normally sending some signs.
