Naruto move out already in the namikaze state 1year ago and now living in a apartment his god parents(tsunade and jiraiya) are the one paying the apartment fee

his parents didn't even notice that he move out and due to their super spoiled daughter the academy rules change,

at the age of 7 you can already attend academy(normally 8yrs old can only start academy) but the hokage only add this rule so that his daughter can start attend academy early

naruto didn't want to attend academy cause if he go there he will just see his so called 'family' but tsunade convince him and finally he agree

So in academy's student form his mother's name is Tsunade and his father's name is Jiraiya and his last name was not namikaze anymore its senju now

Naruto POV at night*

While laying in the couch in my apartment thinking how should I face my 'family' tomorrow in the academy I fell asleep,

when I wake up my neck hurts cause of my position in the couch,its already 6:30 in the morning I stand up and rush in the bathroom to take a shower.

After taking a shower its already 7:00 I dry first my hair and prepare my breakfast...while I'm eating someone knock at the door

When I open it I saw my god parents
"Hey its already late and your just eating look at the time its already 7:50 hurry up we will walk you in the academy"tsunade baa-chan said I smile and let them in,they sit on the couch waiting for me

After I eat I head to the bathroom and brush my teeth after brushing it I wore a black pants and orange shirt

"Baa-chan,pervert sage I'm finish" I said heading in the living room

"Good cause your really late and don't call me baa-chan💢"she said I just laugh then she grabbed my hand and head out in the house pervert sage locked the house

While in the way to the academy baa-chan still holding my hand and pervert sage in my side I hear some villagers whispers

"Why are the legendary sanins with the demon"

"Oh no he hypnotize them"

"Maybe they are restraining it so it wont do anything bad"

"Oh how I wish the sanins kill him already"

I lowered my head tsunade notice it

"Naruto don't listen to them they don't know what are they saying" baa-chan said trying to cheer me up

I smile " hey...don't worry that wont get me I'm strong inside remember" i said with a big fake smile and started walking in the academy

"I'm okay here" i said

"Okay don't do anything reckless" she said worriedly

"I wont" I smile at her then run inside the academy to find my room

After finding it I knock then a man with a scar in his face open the door

"Oh you must be naruto" he smile at me

"Yes" I replied

"Im Iruka and I will be your sensei, Come in and don't be late again" he said then he let me in,the room was filled with children with their parents then I saw my 'family' taking happily

Then Iruka Introduce me
"And this is Naruto Senju he's a bit late be nice to him" with that my 'family' face forward hearing my name,minato rush to me and grabbed my arm

" why are you here your suppose to be in the house and why your last name is senju?" He asked I sweat dropped and stumble back before I could fall someone caught my shoulder and kept me from standing I looked back and saw baa-chan

"He is a senju now cause we adopted him" tsunade said while holding my shoulder jiraiya was on her side

"What the heck is going on he is my son I don't remember approving to something like this" minato angrily said

"Well we don't need your approval cause if the child approve to change his last name it can be granted,you didn't even notice that he isn't living anymore in your house and you call yourself a his father have a shame" tsunade said shouting jiraiya pat her shoulder so she would stop shouting

Minato just stood there with a shock expression "no...no....no....no...he is still my son!" Minato said with that a vein popped in tsunade's head

"Don't ever,ever call him your son cause you never treat him as your son all you care is that stupid daughter of yours" she growl then look at iruka

"Can naruto skip the first day of school well as you can see there's a little bit problem with our hokage!" Tsunade said "I'm sorry forgive her she is just angry"jiraiya said to iruka then she grab my hand and drag me out in the classroom jiraiya followed us

No POV

"Well that was unexpected then lets start the class can the parents leave now " Iruka said calming them, all the parents head out in the classroom then he start the lesson
