"Words so rotten," they howled, snakes tongue.
Exhaled by my pumping lungs.
Then inhaled, a brand new song.
I spit it out then chew the sound up Anew.
Mumbles lurch out in a lisp, For the fear of getting stung. My mouth so sore...
each word, a growl then a roar.
Two sounds fuse, like oil and water in chaotic war.
I have felt it in the muscle.
Berlin so familiar like worned out ancient lore.Deja vu, Berlin I knew.
Berlin's snake tongue I wish to spew.
Berlin, Berlin I feel you clear like morning dew.
I closed my eyes, and I flew
in the hustling streets of Berlin
