[ MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COVER ]

This was the third cover I'd made since my return in November and I had only made very simple covers that didn't require more than a few elements. This had led me to take up a request that had required actual manipulation of a lot of images into one final product.

This cover was a lot of fun to make!! The concept of the story was really cool and required a lot of pretty visuals (dark figures, dead background, vibrant colors, darkness, etc). I had a concept from the cover from the start, which had helped me a lot in staying on track and actually liking how it ended up as!!

At first, I only had the hooded figure and fire, but then i realized i needed more of the other main character, so I found this image of a girl in front of a sunset, and it really framed the cover nicely!!

So all in all... very nice experience!!
