Snow.
Your first reaction was to squint your eyes when the bright light reflected from the white snow got in your eyes. You groaned but continued outside. You heard laughter from behind you. You turned around to see Kakeru running towards you.
You saw the blond open his arms to embrace you. Before you realized it, you were sunk a good halfway into the snow with Kakeru on top of you. You felt the prickling cold snow go down your jacket. Grumbling, you pushed the laughing boy off of you, strong enough that he fell backwards into the snow.
You stood up and tried to shake the snow out from your clothes. "Kakeru, It's too early for this," you sighed. You looked down only too see him trying to make a snow angel.
"But it's snow!" The blond's eyes glittered, as if it was his first time seeing snow.
"Yes, indeed it is snow. It comes every year, chill."
Kakeru's smile only grew. "But it's the first time this year! And it's pure white, we're first!"
You couldn't help but smile at his childish outburst and expression. "Yeah, yeah. Have fun, but you better not catch a cold."
