Both Osomatsu and Todomatsu have a special bond they don't share with the others.
Being the eldest and youngest, they're are the beginning and end of a cycle.
Osomatsu will always see Todomatsu as his sweet youngest brother.
Todomatsu also trust Osomatsu the most with his secrets. He may embarrass the hell out of him, but Todomatsu treasures his alone time with their eldest brother.
They actually bond over their parkas being similar in color.
Todomatsu also bought matching pink and red wristbands for the both of them. Pink for Osomatsu and red for him. (He made Osomatsu swear never to tell a soul about it)
