Origins: Jiren

Meditating

Here in this barren land. A being of higher powess rested floating and practicing a training only he would need to do

Control

He was too powerful. The energy he dispels was dangerous both to the enemy and ally alike

He was floating in mid-air seeing the scenery of the horizon splashing this peaceful yet uninhabited planet

He crossed his legs to "sit" in his meditation stance as he closed his eyes to see based on the movement of things from the radiating sun on his skin to the motions he felt on the planet.

It was vital that he should remain here and train how to use his power without it leaking from his corporeal body. The training consists of moving things steadily in a pattern that would not disturb or cause an unnatural force, no motion or reaction of any kind.

'The tiniest of vibrations tell the efficiency of my control.' The grey took note in his mind

The barren planet he was in was the perfect place to train this. There was no normal weather patterns as the atmosphere did not retain pressures like any other would, instead of having precipitation it just all vaporated and became still air or exited to the void of space

He remained still floating in the air until his red aura appeared, highlighting his entire body

Jiren exhaled. Focusing his energy to the smallest margin, he began to move an atom a couple of miles away in a circular slow 2D circle. Then another was controlled to be added in the diagram

Bit by bit, the atoms were combined to make a sphere that to the normal eyes and plain of vision it was invisible. Jiren let a short sigh out as he felt his ki was not growing or faltering from control

That was until his communicator rung from his glove. Jiren snapped his eyes open in irritation at the 10th time he was being called

Creatures and criminals have been rising all of the sudden during these times and frankly to him it was getting in his nerves at the incompetence in the Pride Trooper force

'Aw shit'

A massive explosion took as he accidentally clashed an atom with another in his little diagram he had going.

The wave of energy passed by him as he without blinking stared at the erupting mushroom.

He turned his back to it and called in to his glove "Jiren here"

"Calling all nearby troopers! A code red is heading to planet Arquisus." Said the machine operator

Turning off the communicator and looked up to the sky where he sensed the threat all right.

Without a doubt, Jiren flew out to space and followed the energy heading to that planet

"ALL CITIZENS EVACUATE THE PLANET. WE REPEAT: ALL CITIZENS EVACUATE THE PLANET"

"GRAAAAAAAAGGHHHH!!!"

In the sky, the planet was now in deep trouble as a giant monster squid approached in a devastating manner. The pride troopers were having trouble as none could successfully push it back or distract it yet kept it somehow right above orbit

The squid thing was black as charcoal with white plungers, eyes, and blood visibly by the wounds it sported

The battle was taking place right above it as many espectators were looking or running away in fear at the monster
