Oh here, hear him cry boy
Don't you ever leave me alone
My war is over
Be my shelter from the storm
My war is over
The War by SYML
"What are you doing?" the British councilman, Rockwell, walks closer to the woman as she stands behind the glass computer screen.
Natasha Romanoff ignores everyone around her, doing her best to restrain from killing the man named Alexander Pierce. He already has a gun trained on his back, but that just doesn't seem like enough, now does it? Natasha is numerous things, but there is one thing she certainly is not: stupid. She knows precisely who this monster is. He is the man who set fear into the heart of her only child. He is the one who determined Svetlana's every moment and he is the one who beat her into submission. To put a bullet into the exact center of Alexander Pierce's forehead would be sweet relief. Or, at least, Natasha would enjoy it.
"She's disabling security protocols and dumping all the secrets onto the Internet," Pierce answers the councilman, staring directly at the assassin.
"Including HYDRA's," Natasha lowly sings out, still typing on the keyboard.
"And S.H.I.E.L.D.'s," Pierce reminds before stepping slightly closer.
The woman completely ignores him, focusing solely on her mission. She's with Steve on this one. The trio of fugitives are not about to let that kid down. They made a promise. They're taking HYDRA down. They're getting her home. And absolutely no one is going to stand in the way of that.
