Preference - He Proposes

Dan: You were at your favourite restaurant when Dan got up from his chair. You thought nothing off it as you guessed he was going to the toilet. You carried on eating until all of a suddden Dan began to speak. 

"Y/N, I have loved you since the day we first met. I know a lot of people call love at first sight a lie but that was exactly what I experienced when I first saw your gorgeous face. All these years we've had together have been the best years of my whole 27 years of existence. I never thought I'd find true happiness but then I met you. You're the only person I wanted to wake up and fall asleep next to, the only person I want to kiss goodnight and good morning. Whether we're a thousand miles apart or right next to each other I always feel close to you. When I think about my future you're always right there with your stunning smile. So Y/N will you make me happiest man in the world... Will you marry me Y/F/N?" 

Dan was on one knee on the floor holding a box with a diamond ring inside. 

You got to my feet and wrapped your arms around Dan. 

"Yes! Yes! Yes! A thousand times yes!" You cried. 

Dan cupped your face gently in his hands and placed a passionate kiss on your lips as the whole restaurant erupted into cheers and applause. 

You both finished your meals and to your's and Dan's surprise the restaurant gave you both a cake to congratulate you both. 

Phil: Phil and you were sat at home watching Finding Dory when all of a sudden he stopped the film. You were just about to shout at him when you saw him drop down onto one knee, a small black box in his hand. Your insides churned with excitement. 

Is this what I think it is? You asked yourself. 

"Y/N, you mean the world to me and I can't imagine my life with you in it. My life is incomplete without you by my side. I know in my heart you're the only one for me. In my whole 31 years of living, I have never felt more love for anyone than I do for you. Hakuna Matata means no worries for the rest of your days and that is what I hope you encounter in life with me, no more worries because I'll always be there to take them away. I love you with all of my heart Y/N... Y/F/N will you become Y/N Lester?" 

Tears of happiness streamed down your face like a river and Phil got off his knee and wiped them away for you. 

"Yes! Of course I will. Yes! Yes! Yes!" 

"Sorry I didn't propose in public but I didn't think you'd want that given your anxiety and how bad it can get?" Phil said. 

"No need to apologize. Thank you for thinking of me. Everything you did was perfect." You told him. 

He slipped the ring onto your finger and it was a perfect fit.

You spent the rest of the night watching the end of finding dory snuggled into Phil's chest.
